10. Term and Termination

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Arctrav™ LLC with respect to the use of the Site, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us with respect to the Site. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by us.
